Yay! Weekend!

I don't know what I will eat today, but I was good last night at the ball game. I had a bite of husband's hot dog, 2 nachos, and a lot of water.

When we got home at midnight I was ravenous, but I had a glass of milk and was ok.

As far as today, most likely more milk. Then maybe some cheese and an apple. For dinner, hmmm... Thai? I don't know.

I am having a weird thing right now with meat, all of the sudden, mainly beef. I can't stand the smell or taste of it recently. I've been spitting it out. Chicken I can get down my throat, but it still tastes weird.  I'm going to be sticking to a lot of dairy and beans for a while I suppose. Its harder to get enough protein that way, but it doesn't turn my stomach.  Its not a texture thing, with the beef its definitely the smell.

Nice Friday here, no one's in the office today so it's very quiet.

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte

B - whole wheat English Muffin, peanut butter, banana

S - ham, cheese, RF triscuits

L - 1/2 turkey on rye with tomato, lettuce and pickles, dry.

S - Greek yogurt, if I have a snack

D - Farmers Market?  I'm aiming for chicken

S - sliced mangos

Having a wacky day - I hate when I have 10am appointments -then I skip breakfast and go right to lunch (and then end up eating a 3rd mini-meal in the mid-evening).

So, here goes:

B/L - Chili with cheese from Wendy's (about 1/2), 1/2 Side Salad from Wendy's with some bacon and cheese added (cucumber and tomato deleted - I only like the lettuce and carrots).
D- Dunno.  Want to do something with DH - maybe we'll order something, maybe go out? Maybe I will grill some Nathan's hot dog and mix it in some baked beans?  Dunno.
After that?  - Nothing, if I eat out as much as it seems like I will today.

My meal made me a bit queasy.  I am learning that pouchy doesn't necessarily like food more than a day old.  I had crab salad on RF triscuits and an activia yogurt.  Well I rumbled for about an hour after lunch.  Seems it will be fresh foods from now on - the crab was leftover from Wednesday.

I understand where you are coming from..
Nothing taste good right now .I was so burnt out on cottage cheese after surgery,but now im eating it constantly again..
B/f  cottage cheese with no sugar added pinneapple.
lunch/cottage cheese with tomatoes
snack/ sugar free blackberry cobbler could only do 2 small bites
supper/ salad with boiled eggs and cheese and chicken.

I'm the opposite, I have been craving beef like crazy lately.  Go, meat!

B and L: 9 oz ribeye divided into two portions.  Total calories: 580 @75g protein 
S: Starbucks venti decaf w/SF syrup and 1 oz cream @55 calories, 2g protein
D: Chinese food, I'll be ten lb fatter tomorrow from the salt: 5 fried shrimp and 3 beef skewers.

Exercise: expended 175 calories before my knee started yodeling and now it hurts.

Total calories:  I need to look up the Chinese food, but I think I'm around 1300 calories if you subtract the minimal amount of calories I burned today.
