I remember getting under 400 and it was wonderful. I started journey about 420 lbs. day of surgery 410 pounds today 357. I cant wait to be under 350 so I can use any drs scales/ CONGRATS

I know that makes you feel fantastic to be able to monitor your progress and not just wonder how much you are losing. But, "scale" can be mean from time to time. You just have to look past those little injustices to all the good times!
