Calorie Countdown - Its Tuesday, what are you eating?

Food-wise I have the following plan.
B - click protein smoothie with mootopia skim milk (40g protein total)
L - roast beef and cheese, maybe a little dijon to dip it in
S - lemon greek yogurt
D - bean, cheese, green chile, and onion enchiladas and some tomato
S - canteloupe
It looks to be a yummy day food-wise.
My food plan always seems to change over the course of the day. I need to change that.
B- 1oz. string cheese (too full to eat the part of banana that I was going to eat)
L- Culver's Cashew Salad with Chicken that I didn't eat last night (about 1/2 left)
D- the steak that I was supposed to eat the last 2 nights, and still haven't (and I want this steak too!)
Today, I will stick with my food plan.
Jenny ~ sorry you slept through your appointment. It must be that kind of day - my son and I slept in till 1030 - so its pushed our day back a bit. LOL!!
B- Whey Gourmet Arctic Cappuccino Frape 30gms protein
L - Same as bfast 30 gms
S - Homemade Yougurt (how I get my probiotics) with 1 cup blueberries ( I also add a scoop of vanilla protein powder) 23gms Protein
D- Chicken Breast with green beans 42gms protein

So about 20 minutes later, I packed up my stuff and went to Village Inn. I knew it would be quiet and they have a new menu that is smaller portions. I got the turkey dinner and it wasn't too bad. Gravy was really good. Then I was nice and called him to see if I could bring him something and he made his order. I got home and he wasn't even there. He was at Walmart. could have bought a rotisserie chicken. Anywho...
B - SBD protein Bar
L - left over chef salad from yesterday's lunch w chicken and cheese
S - 97% FF beef jerky
D - going to TGI Friday's to celebrate someone's 1 year surgiversary.
Edited to add 1 glass chardonnay & grilled pork chop about 4 bites of yummy mashed potatoes and 2 onion rings that were not memorable.

<>I didn't feel 100% today. I think I've been keeping my carbs a bit too low and I'm having some kind of carb withdrawl, I was all tired and headachy most of the day. I upped my carbs a bit today and feel better this evening.
B: 2 EAS protein drinks @220 calories, 34g protein
S: 1 Think Thin protein bar at the gym so I wouldn't keel over @240 calories, 20g protein
L: Lean Cuisin salsbury steak/mac and cheese frozen meal, not bad and only 280 calories, 29g protein (and on sale for $2 each)
S2: 1 Think Thin protein bar while shopping with sibling @240 calories, 20g protein
D: big azz shrimp salad @650 calories, 40g protein
E: Had to cut it short because I didn't feel 100%, only expended 180 calories today.
Totals: too many calories (1630 - 180 = 1450) and 133g protein. Calories would have been okay had I done my usual exercise workout, although I don't like to eat more than 1500 calories prior to deducting my expended calories.
