Something wrong with my car?

Good morning all,

Just wanted to share a quick story with you. Only you will appreciate it.

Yesterday morning I was preparing to leave for work in a hurry (late as usual)!  I started my car and backed out of the driveway, and then whoa!! something is wrong with my car...the steering wheel is very loose and I know at any moment my wheels are going to fall off or something.

Then I began to realize...my stomach is not touching the steering wheel! All these years the steering wheel has been rubbing against my stomach making it harder to steer (I have very short legs and have to keep the seat quite far forward). Without all the pressure, my power steering works like a dream. But now I will have to learn how to drive all over again. Real bummer, huh?  NO!

Thanks for listening,
Denise

Denise,

That is fantastic!  One of the best WOW moments.  I too had that "car problem" recently - I've adapted to it and now I try to measure how much space there is between belly and wheel (will my wallet fit between me and the wheel?  this book?)

Enjoy it!  Can't wait to hear more wow moments.

At my fattest, I couldn't even fit in a car, so I know how exciting it is when something fits!  As you continue to melt, you may find that your legs grow shorter as well!  I had to keep moving the seat closer and closer to the steering wheel in order to reach the pedals.

Congratulations!
