Hi all!
Gosh-I actually lost track of this forum!! I am so happy to have "found" you again! I think there is a special bond for us who are there or have been there.
I started out at 383 and am now 160.
I remember first starting out and thinking how impossible it seemed to ever even make a start! But I did. I had RNY and I have worked hard and tried my very best from the start. What has made the BIGGEST difference for m is the support I have received-and that definitely includes OH!
I just wanted to stop in and say hello-and thanks for sharing your stories and moments. I REALLY do appreciate it!
Here is a link to my latest You Tube-in which I show my before pants. LOL!
