Happy Friday to you too, Jen.  This is party weekend at a friend's cottage, so no idea what my food plans hold.  Here's how I started my day -

Breakfast:  1 c. 1% milk in my coffee, 1 everything bagel, ~1 1/2 oz. cream cheese

Snack:  1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. blueberries, 2 oz. strawberries

Hi everyone, I a newbie only 2 1/2 weeks out but here is my list for the day

B - protein drink
L - 2 devil eggs
S - SF popcycle
D - cooked carrots, shaved turkey lunchmeat
s - SF pudding with proiten mixed in - I think ??

as of 4pm 32oz of water

B - ham, cheese, RF triscuits

S - Kay's Natural honey almond cereal - dry while at the car wash

L - Santa FE salad with cajan shrimp

S - Greek yogurt w/ black and blueberries added in

D - ? forgot to tak anything out, so not sure

B - zilch

L - chicken stir fried with pineapple, onion, bell pepper and a tiny bit of sweet and sour sauce, no rice or anything else like that

S - 16oz mootopia, 1 serving click protein

D - bratwurst with mustard, peppers, and onions, a few bites baked beans

S  - greek yogurt with lemon crystal light mixed in

Ah, the procrastinator's nightmare...final weekend before the end of the semester.  Not sitting too poorly.  I have a take home Economics final, take home Biology final & 6 chapters of notes to finish, History on line final & essay question and study for a Calculus final.  Sheesh!  Oh well...

Breakfast - SBD protein bar
S- nada
L - 2 oz ham & 1 oz gruyere cheese, a little bit of salad
     bag of baked lays  (ate this over 2 hours or I would have split a gut!)
D - left over moo goo gai pan, I think

I've also had 2 cups of SB coffee today with half/hal*****ta burn that midnight oil tonight!

Geez Kathy!  I was wondering where you were...now I know.  I'm not jealous of your weekend plans. 

Anyway, the SNACK monster is attacking me with a vengeance today!

B- Mixed nut mix (which I vomited - doesn't happen often so it surprised me - don't know why it happened - don't think I ate too fast, maybe just too much - didn't get my STOP sign)
L- WW meatloaf dinner (4 point one)
S- some sourdough pretzels   I've GOT to throw these out.
D- having a BBQ with our neighbors tonight so I am not sure what's going to happen but I'm going to keep it to a minimum.

OMG, it is too hot here.  It's almost feeling like summer in San Antonio, but without the humidity.  I wasn't in the mood to eat "real food" today, the chicken sat kind of heavy, so I opted for bars, drinks, and pudding.

B: 2 EAS protein drinks @220 calories, 34g protein
S1: Think Thin protein bar @240 calories, 20g protein
L: 4 oz boneless chicken thigh @190 calories, 24g protein
     Instone protein pudding @100 calories, 20g protein
S2: Think Thin protein bar @240 calories, 20g protein
D: 2 EAS protein drinks @ 220 calories, 34g protein
Bedtime snack: Instone protein pudding @100 calories, 20g protein

Total calories:  1310 - 120 expended (too hot to move) = 1190 calories.

Journaling my food has been good for me, it helps me keep track of what I'm eating and so far has kept me honest.  I thought briefly about having a big greasy cheeseburger (not sure why that sounded good, it was too damn hot to eat a big greasy cheeseburger), but I didn't want to put it in my journal, so I had chicken instead.
