Gym is Open (Fantastic Friday) 8/1

The gym is open!

I will not go to the gym today since I have my interview at 1 PM.  I may go afterwards, or I might just take a day off from gym and do some of my exercise videos at home.

What did you do to move your body today?

30 mins on the stationary bike's endurance program and I was dripping sweat....

The weatherman said we're both going to Bake and Shake today with 101 in Denver and Dallas....   Try to stay cool and remember to get extra water in!

I got to the Y late this morning, but I still got there and did 40 minutes of upper body strength training.
