One of my least favorite words is "tasked."  I can't figure out when "task" became a verb, yet it seems to have worked its way into standard English usage.

So, today I will be TASKED (ugh) to exercise, walk the dogs, and stay focused on mindful eating.

What did you do to move your body today?

Today is yoga day - I've had scheduling conflicts the past three weeks, so haven't done yoga in about a month.  I've really missed the class and am really looking forward to going today.  I'll do some exercise after work - not sure if I'll go to the gym for lower body strength training or cardio, or if it's nice outside I may go walk in the park.

Good luck staying focused today, Kix!!!

Another successful morning on the treadmill. Walked a little more than a mile and even ran for part of it. I'm not pushing more than that yet because I still haven't been released from the Doc yet.

I swam with my head above water, for about half an hour steadily but not super quickly.  My heart rate was up and my arms are tired, but it wasn't super intense or anything.  Its so hot here, we couldn't talk ourselves into the gym but the pool sounded nice.

Glad to hear everyone was on task with their exercise!

I did 30 minutes of fat burning on the treadmill, my lower body work (I do it every day so I can keep my leg muscles strong), my ab work, and only 2 minutes of elliptical.

I came home and walked the dogs in a brisk manner, then ran errands to big box stores like Wallys and Target, plus I had to stop at the grocery, so I racked up 9712 steps total for the day.
