What scales did you use?????
I got the old-fashioned sliding bar kind like at the doctors' offices. I had to get a special weight for it when I got over 400 lbs. - I could weigh myself, but the doctor office couldn't. I got the scale at a store that was going out of business and the weight at a medical supply house. It's very accurate. I love sliding down the scale - I'm almost ready to slide the big one down to 250 and start back up at the higher end of the slider bar (299!)
I used this one that I bought thru Target.com. I was even using it
when I weighed 420. I stil use it now and it is only off by 1 lb from
my surgens office. the dial goes all the way around so even if you
weigh over 400 lbs. you will see it. it comes with colored markers
so you can keep track of how much you used to weigh. mine I have
it marked for my highest weight, start of my 2 week pre- op diet weight, surgery
day weight, and first goal weight.
hope this helps. sorry if I copied too much off of website,
but there's a pic of it.
