To talk me down off of the stink'in think'in fence..

First let me say I am not discounting the progress I've made thus far.. But WHY can't I seem to get over this long stall and start steadily loosing again. I struggled for a couple weeks to get over the 100 lb hurdle, now I seem to be struggling to keep the scale moving..  Any advice you can give to get my scale moving again would be wonderful.

Yesterday I ate.. b- 3 tsp scoops dannon light & fit lemon yogurt with 1/4 cup granola and 8 raspberried.. s- kashi chewy peanut peanut butter (yep that's the name) 140 c/ 7 g protein... l- 1 c (or a little less) left over chicken stirfry (from dinner the night before at 99 restraunt)... d- 1 tilapia w/ cauliflower & cheese... s- 1 sf/ff frozen jello vanilla pudding cup

I worked out for 10 minutes on the elyptical (new to me) and 20 minutes on the bike. It was a good workout, sweat was dripping off of me by the end.

and that darn scale today is showing UP 3 lbs... I can't figure it out..

What do you think? I do know I'm now getting in more than my 64 oz of water.. Any suggestions would be fabulous.

Could it be the stir fry had mega-sodium in it and you are retaining water?  I usually am aware of my sodium intake but don't worry about it, but I do know where I am because it helps to explain the gains! I had my surgery last Thursday and was up 13 pounds the first day and then dropped all but 4 of it overnight.  But it's taken a week to get the 4 pounds back off again. Is exercising new for you?  You may have to adjust your water intake because of the additional sweating.  I don't usually count my water that I drink during my workout in my daily totals because I sweat like a pig! I know these stalls are very frustrating and I am constantly saying, I just don't understand my body, and I can't really say that they get easier.   Once you get used to the elliptical, I think you'll love it.  Try alternating without your hands on the bars to help you go for longer.  The first time I did it, I only did 7 minutes, but now can do 45 minutes to an hour on it.   You have done fantastic with your losses so far, and I'm sure that you will continue to lose.  We are all in this battle together.   I'm jealous of your pics with Jeannie and Estelle!
