I slept in this morning, sorry about leaving the gym locked!  I'll head to the rec centers in about an hour (I like doing 15 minutes at each center). I'm going to be offline for a few days, so someone else will need to open the gym the rest of this week. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Hi, Kix - better late than never!  Glad your enjoying your new routine of several 15-minute sessions; sometimes changing things up gets your weight loss moving again.   I'll try to remember to open the gym tomorrow and Thursday.  I probably won't be online Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, so hopefully someone else will keep the gym doors open.   I'm doing yoga at lunch, then going home to cut grass and work in my yard.  We've had lots of rain, but it's finally dry enough to cut my grass.  It'll be nice to have that done before the holiday weekend...   Are you heading out of town for the weekend?   Kellie

So much for my four 15-minute sessions!  I did my first 15 minutes, then ran some errands, then went to the second rec center and decided to just do the whole shebang, 45 minutes' worth.  It actually felt O****il the last five minutes!  I hobbled home and my sister came home from work early, so we decided to go see "Wall-E."  I'm glad I saw it, but I was kind of disappointed.  It wasn't as fun as "Kung Fu Panda."  At the end of the day, my pedometer said I'd walked 11,050 steps.  Ow! Well, you know what they say about the best laid plans, eh?  Hopefully you won't be too sore today from your 45 minute super-walk!   I haven't seen either Kung Fu Panda or Wall-E, but they are both on my list, along with Wanted, Han**** and the new Indiana Jones movie.   Kellie

I went to the gym and did intervals on the treadmill for half an hour.  I did 10min at 2.5mph, 5% incline, then 5 minutes at 4.0mph 2% incline, 10, 5, and ended with a 2 min cool down at 2mph no incline.  It felt fine but I got super dizzy in the last few minutes and had to stop.  I had planned to do 45min but I'll take what I can get.

45 minutes' worth of intervals sounds like a lot!  I think you did just fine for now. Kix
