Suffering and Depressed!!!
Hi Theresa,
I just read your post this morning, and boy do I feel like I have a sister in you.
I had my surgery 12/05, loss an amazing 288lbs, got down to 181, but I have gained approx 25lbs.
It is just really getting me down too... Just think how depressing it is to get below 200, only to go above it again. I have come back to this board again and again for encouragement..I am determined to get back below 200 and stay there.. We CAN do this...
Keep me posted and stay away from those snickers..(my downfall are Twix's)

I feel your pain Theresa.....because I am afraid I will be where you are one day. I can only imagine after being 2 years or more out...things get rough at times. You need to ask yourself WHY you had surgery in the first place and try to reconstruct the feelings you had at that time. You were obviously focused in order to have the success you have had. I suspect the biggest culprit here is boredom. Take charge of your life and make a plan to keep yourself busy so that food isn't your main focus. Can you have your band constricted more so you eat less? Self discipline is the only thing that will prevent you from buying and bringing the trigger foods into your home. I will pray for you & hope that I can practice my own advice should I fall into a slip myself. Its hard, but you can do it if you want it bad enough. HUGS Jeanine
