Out of the 280's!

It's amazing when your routine changes you always seem to see a big drop.  I didn't get to workout on Monday, or Wednesday this week because one of our cars was in the shop.  I also had Aunt Flo visiting.  She's finally gone and I got on my home scale this morning (now it's not that reliable so I always double check at the gym) and it read 276. No way...it was reading 284 just yesterday.    I accidentally turned off the alarm instead of hitting snooze this morning so I was not going to make it to the gym.  But I did hurry up so I could go weigh at the gym and it said 278!   So long 280's...I'll never see you again.  Hello 270's ...nice to see you.

I learned today that my scale isn't accurate, it made me 3 pounds heavier than the drs scale.  It's lucky I didn't throw it in the garbage when I got home.  Then my rational self thought about it and decided I am going to enjoy shaving off 3 pounds each time I weigh in on that scale, so it earned a reprieve - this time! Congratulations, I know how exciting moving to a new number can be!!!
