I bet you wi**** was your mootopia... You know you are jealous of my miraculous milk.  14g protein per 8oz, lactose free, and 35% more calcium than regular milk.  Mootopia is another reason I am thankful for this board, someone here introduced me to it when I couldn't tolerate whey protein very well.  Thank goodness!  Here is my plan for Monday (so far) B - 16oz mootopia, 1 packet NSA CIB, 1 serving of PB2 peanut butter powder (almost 40g of protein total!) L - not sure D - I'm hoping for Thai, Tom Gai, but we are kind of broke so I don't know

I am jealous of your Mootopia!!!!  Wish something similar were available here on the North Coast, but no such luck.  Not, of course, that I need any more protein in my diet!!!  I feel super lucky that my pouch is so tolerant of dense proteins... I had a mediocre food weekend - just did more munching than necessary, courtesy of Aunt Flo I think, but today the munchies seem to have gone away (along with Aunt Flo).  Anyway, back to my usual routine today -

Breakfast:  1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

Snack #1:  1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries Snack #2:  1 medium banana

Lunch:  (leftovers) ~4 oz. broiled salmon, 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's Wild Rice, salad w/ 2 tbsp. low-fat raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Snack #2:  6 oz. Breyer's Light yogurt, 1/4 c. Kashi granola

Snack #3:  1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 slices turkey breast, 1 slice low-fat cheese, alfalfa sprouts

[workout #1:  60 minutes of cardio]

Snack #4:  post-workout apple

Dinner:  ~5 oz. baked chicken breast, veggie and/or salad

Snack #5:  2 sugar-free fudgesicles

Total calories: 1860
Carbs:  220.7
Fats:  49.5
Fiber:  27.2
Protein:  146.3
Today's weight:  191.4

I'm going to try something a little different this week and not track my food. I think I have been obsessing a little too much over my food choices and that makes me go a little bonkers and then I tend to go bonkers the other way and eat everything in sight - just a bad circle of craziness. So, my goal this week is to eat healthy yet allow myself treats each day. We'll see how it works. So,  nothing posted right now since I'm not sure what I am doing. I did start the day with fat-free yogurt and a banana - not too bad! Enjoy the weather everyone!

Worth a try - maybe you are the kind of person who doesn't like to be told they can't have something, even if you are the person doing the telling?  Tracking is sometimes a pain anyway, especially if you eat somewhere that doesn't post nutritional info and then you are left guessing.

Sounds like the heat wave is on!  Bring it on summer, I can handle you this year for sure! B - SB diet high protein cereal bar L - SB diet santa fe chicken with beans and rice S - Gen soy parmesean crisps D - Spare ribs & sauerkraut leftovers        I haven't had this since my mom died and even though there's a lot of fat on the ribs, which        goes into the sauerkraut, I pick it out of the meat.  It was so like comfort food last night! Calories - ?  around 1,000 for sure Protein - 70?  hard to figure on the ribs.  I need to weigh before eating and then weigh the bones, fat and leftover stuff when I'm done to get a more accurate figure

Well anything is better than what I ate this weekend .....now that was worthy of hiding under the chairs lol
