Catherine's had a pretty good sale going on over the weekend - not sure when it ends, but I got a dress off the clearance rack for $12.50!  If you like their clothes and think you may shop there as you lose weight, I'd recommend paying the $25 for their "Perks" discount.  I did a lot of shopping at Catherine's as I lost weight, almost entirely from the clearance racks.  Heck, I'd often walk out with $150-200 worth of clothes for $30-40 (I'm a good shopper and I almost never bought anything unless I had a coupon).  Also, if you use their store credit card, they will send you coupons pretty regularly.   Good luck finding something to wear to your nephew's wedding!!!   Kellie

Thanks for the heads up about the coupons if you have a store card.  I don't usually get the card, but if it means coupons - credit card here I come!  I am a sale shopper too and I hope to be as successful as you were this weekend.  Again, thanks!

Hi, I was in the exact same situation. I had so many clothes in all different sizes that after a 200 lb. loss I could go shopping in my basement.  I still buy from online as there are so many good buys in  once you reach the smaller side in the big stores.  I bought a few pieces from Sanctuarie, who is always reasonable.  I also found that the clearance section of Roamans, Woman Within etc. has fantastic bargains. I work for an agency where there is a dress code and I have always loved to dress up so I am having a great time.  If some of your clothes are too large and you don't have a seamstress available try using belts on tunics or dresses.  Also there are several people on other board who would be willing to pay a small fee along with shipping for large clothes.  Good luck to you.  Enjoy your shopping trip.  This is a good time to buy as this is Prom and Wedding season.  If you have no luck in the stores try on some of the clothes to get an idea of what your new size is and then go to some of the plus-size party dress sights.
