You aren't far out, and yes it happened to me. Frequently. I was very tired for the first few months - if I had a couple of very active days then I had to "sleep it off" for a day or two. My energy would just bottom out. Listen to your body, its working hard for you right now. If it says it wants a break, give it one.
I still have a day like that every two weeks or so - I sleep for like 14 hours, usually drop a lb or two, and then all is better. I am not someone who takes naps, but my husband has learned that if I say I want a nap, I'm darn serious, I NEED a nap. It gets easier but expect to have varying amounts of energy for a few months.
Now if it keeps up for an extended period, especially the dizziness, see a doc.
I did a similar thing about 2 weeks out. We had gallery night (after hours, gallery opening downtown for 4 hours) and I decided I wanted to participate. I was doing pretty good. This was last November, and It got a little cool, and I got cold and shakey and dizzy and was not doing good at all. I went inside and drank a protein shake made with water and they made me some hot herbal tea. I shut my area down 2 hours early so I could go home. I slept all the next day. I overdid it and my body made me pay for it.
Just make sure to listen to your body's signals and take care of yourself!
