Something new at Qdoba

I had lunch at Qdoba today and tried their new shredded pork. It's not even on their website yet.   It was cooked in tomatillos, jalapeno and lime, if memory serves me correctly.   I had 2 tacos with the pico and cheese on the side and I have to say it was pretty darn good.  I skipped the tortillas. -dawn

That sounds so good.  We don't have that here, but I make a similar dish with green peppers, onions, garlic and a little salsa with water in the crock pot.  It is so good and moist!

I was thrilled to find a WLS meal that is close to home.  I did try to duplicate it myself today.  Did the onions, garlic, salsa, lime juice, and a jalapeno and pork in the crock pot.  It needs tweaking but my husband loved it!
