Cocoa Roast Almonds!!!
I saw someone post on the RNY board the other day and I've been dying to get to sam's club to buy these.
They are about $10 for 32 Oz of nuts, the big canisters like you see at Christmas time. They are so good. Taste like chocolate covered almonds without the creaminess of the chocolate though. They have 150 calories in one serving (we weighed 1 oz and its about 30 nuts), 6g of Carbs, 3g of dietary fiber, 3g of net carbs, and 6 grams of protein. They kind of remind me of cocoa puffs cereal. They are sweetened with sucralose. I didn't have any problem eating them and they were a great treat. I used the smokehouse almonds early on to help get to the 60 g of protein when I was shy by 5-6 grams.
They do have modified foo starch as an ingredient (potato) so if that is an issue for you.
I would highly recommend adding these to your healthy snack arsenal!

There is another brand that makes vanilla almonds (they use sugar but are not very sweet) - I really like those but I can stop eating them - not sure if I could stop eating chocolate ones, but I'll keep an eye out anyway.
