Gym is Open (Wicked Wednesday 5/14)
Being thoroughly disgusted with myself lately for lax habits, I resolved to get back on track today. I journaled every morsel I ate. I drank plenty of water. I went to the gym and walked for two miles on the treadmill and did ab crunches. I also did some extra walking while doing errands and took several trips up and down the stairs here at home.
Tomorrow is treadmill, and I need to resume strength training, plus aquacise.
