I don't, but I add flax seed to things and keep a coffee grinder to grind some. I also cook with olive oil, grapeseed oil, or canola oil. I have been thinking about supplementing it though because I'm not big on oily fish. The only thing is that I don't know if its worth it to take an oil caplet when we have malabsorption.

Walnuts and soybeans are also good sources btw.
