I don't,  but I add flax seed to things and keep a coffee grinder to grind some.  I also cook with olive oil, grapeseed oil, or canola oil.  I have been thinking about supplementing it though because I'm not big on oily fish.  The only thing is that I don't know if its worth it to take an oil caplet when we have malabsorption.

Walnuts and soybeans are also good sources btw.

I have my 3 month appt next with the nurse practioner (her expertise is nutrition) - I'll ask her what she says about the fish oil and let you know! -dawn
