Impact Advanced Recovery Nutrition Drink

Hello friends. I had my pre-op nurse visit today and the nurse gave me samples of a product called Impact Advanced Recovery Nutrition Drink. It comes in either chocolate or vanilla and is packaged in little individual juice boxes. You can drink it the week before and the week after surgery for a faster recovery.

I was just wondering if anyone had tried this??

I did have to do those twice a day for 7 days before surgery. I had the chocolate ones and they werent bad. Kinda of tasted like an adkins shake. Just made sure they are nice and cold.
