Hi everyone,
I think I am recovered from yesterday. I slept the sleep of the rightfully exhausted and my bum hurts a lot less today. I feel like a big chunk of stress has been released though. Next stress stops - doc appts (3 in May), and then my presentation in Boston. After that it should be a good summer
So, what are you eating this weekend? Wanna share? Report it here.
So far I haven't had anything, but I am about to make some raisin bran with high protein milk I think, that or soy milk. Either way, I'll post it, and everything else that I eat, here, later.

Congrats on being done!!! What a relief for you - I've got a week left of school and I'm beginning to pull my hair out. I'm too old to be doing this!
I'm not going to list everything I've eaten but lets just say that I have/am eating tons today. I am absolutely starving due to my race this morning and can't seem to get caught up. Same thing happened after the Adventure Race, could not eat enough to get caught up.
So today is kind of a free day - I've had raisins, banana, pudding, yogurt, bacon, hamburger (no bun, of course) big ole candy bar (worth every bite!), and then tonight will be a salad from Panera, strawberry shortcake at a girls night I'm going to, and then a snack before I head to bed. It's oodles of calories but I'm not too worried - I think I ran it off this morning!
Tomorrow will be back to normal - I'll post in between cleaning the garage and studying. It will be another busy day!

I'd say you ran plenty to eat what you want today. I, on the other hand, have napped and played computer games. I am enjoying it! WTG on the race, that's amazing!!! I have been CO springs and I think we visited the area you ran in, but I can't remember for sure, its been a while. We spent a day in Pueblo and 2 days in CO springs and then I think we drove down to Santa Fe and Albuquerque for a few days. It was me and my aunt, the last road trip I took as a kid actually, I think I was 15 or 16 because I at least had a learners permit and she let me drive some. I have very fond (and apparently non-specific) memories of that trip. It was a lot of fun not to have my crabby uncle along.
I've been even more back-and-forth between my house and Ray's than usual (we live in different states fergawdsake!) so this week's been one of those "I'll eat what I can find" ones-- no real danger, just not as tight as I like it. I like being home where I can control things better-- and eat less bars! (I get bar-happy when I am away, since they're easy.)

My musckes and joints were howling today, so I took that as a sign that I needed a day off from rigorous exercise. For some reason, I even had a hard time walking through the market today, my knees were absolutely killing me. I guess it was just one of those days. Anyway, I went to the market to buy ingredients for your ham and pea salad, which I made for dinner. It sure makes a lot! We enjoyed it very much, although I think next time I need to add more onion for my sister. Or, I'll just add more onion tomorrow, we'll be eating it for a few days. Delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Hehe I warned you, it does make a big batch - but I also thought it was pretty decent for a first try. I will make it again if it gets my husband to eat his peas :) I gave myself a very lenient day, no gym, ate basically what I wanted (not too bad though surprisingly) and played Civilization. Tomorrow its back to the gym, the calorie tracking, the working, etc, etc, but it was a good day today. I needed it. I hope your joints are cooperative tomorrow. My azz is killing me from all that sitting yesterday and today. I definitely need to stay off it tomorrow. Did you tailbone ever STOP hurting?
My tailbone still hurts from time to time, even almost two years out. It does abate somewhat after a year. I notice it the most when I'm at the gym using the ab cruncher (the one where you lie on the bench and do ab crunches). The bench doesn't have enough padding for my tailbone and I'm always happy when I'm finished with my crunches because my tailbone hurts worse than my crunched abs.

Hey Jen happy weekend or almost over I know ....
Yesterday Michelle , Lisa , Jeanine and I all went to Saratoga and walked the strip ....we tried on some cloths...ate lunch and laughed so hard it hurt....The girls all got me a really nice necklace I'm going to post a picture of it on my profile it was to celebrate my 150 lbs even though I havnet lost it yet! They cheated lol maybe they have alot of faith in me lol As
