One thing I've learned is that there are days when all you can do is just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and before long, you will have walked a mile!  Good job on your exercise! Kix

I went to the gym today and did 30 minutes of uphill treadmill, expending 300 calories.  Today was also strength training day, so I did all the machines and finished things up with only 5 minutes of elliptical.  I tried to go 10 minutes, but was just too worn out.  Even so, I managed to expend 50 calories on the elliptical.
