Funny Interview Question

I forgot to share one of the interview questions I was asked today.  It had to do with how one deals with cultural disparities in rural, urban, and frontier settings.  Frontier settings?  WTF?    I told them I had been asked many interview questions in my life, but until today I had never been asked about cultural disparities in frontier settings.  Made me think of F Troop, or even Blazing Saddles where the sidewinder speaks authentic frontier gibberish.  Oy! Kix (now I can say I've heard 'em all)

Maybe they're planning on colonizing something?  I know that I've worked with some people that I'd like to re-colonize somewhere else.

That's just bizarre - who talks about the "frontier" these days, except Trekkies (...space, the final frontier)???  Strange -  Kellie

Frontier = Colorado City and the like?

frontier?? wow, that's bizarre. alaska maybe? aren't there areas of alaska that are still "frontier-like"... other than that oddity, how do you think the interview went?
