Welcome to hump day everyone!!!  Here's what's on my plate - will update totals after lunch [done]...

Breakfast:  1 cup skim milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

Snack #1:  1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries

Snack #2:  medium banana

Lunch:  [updated] - ~1/2 c. hummus, 3 oz. grilled chicken, 2 pieces pita bread, 5 pieces Dove Dark chocolate promises

Snack #3:  6 oz. Breyer's light yogurt, 1/4 c. Kashi granola

Snack #4:  1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 oz. smoked turkey breast, 1 slice low-fat cheese, alfalfa sprouts

[workout #1:  meet w/ exercise specialist to update strength training program, will probably do some cardio as well]

Snack #5:  medium apple

Dinner:  5-6 oz. ****tail shrimp, 1/4 c. ****tail sauce, salad w/ romaine, maybe some cucumber, sprouts, etc., 2 tbsp. light salad dressing

Snack #6:  2 sugar-free fudgesicles

Total calories:  2459
Carbs:  347.2
Fats:  52.3
Fiber:  31.4
Protein:  175.5

mmm chocolate I threw a pathetic mini-fit last night because I wanted to go buy chocolate.  My husband was firm (which is unusual, he's a total enabler) - he asked me if it was worth wasting all the work I'd done at the gym that day.  I said yes (LOL)  He said "then walk to the store and get it"  and took away my car keys.  I was mad at the time but now I appreciate that he was trying to talk sense in to me.

Yuck, I remember now why I eat my South Beach cereal bars for breakfast. I'm out of them and had Eggfaces egg bites for breakfast.  They didn't go down well and they still feel like a lump of blah in my stomach. Isopure protein drink 1/2 I'm going to have a small wendy's chili for lunch and 1/2 of a side salad Snack - 1 oz of sharp cheddar cheese Dinner - left over Moo Goo Gai Pan Snack - fresh strawberries with sf cool whip Not sure about calories because of chinese food, but protein will be around 70-80 today!

I'm in the same boat, I rarely like anything heavy for breakfast, usually its just liquids and only because I know I should have breakfast.  As much as I like eggs, I prefer them for lunch or dinner usually.

Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Latte

B - stopped at Starbucks on the way to work -  less than 1/2 RF turkey bacon sandwich with no egg (I didn't care for it).

S - NF Chai Tea misto

S - turkey pepperoni stick, cheese, croccantini (flat cracker)

L - Homemade turkey veggie soup, banana

S -  1/2 comfort bar - Italian Chocolate Orange Almond

D - Eggface's chicken cacciatore with roasted veggies and white beans, salad

Update on lunch.  One of my friends from our local boards called and said she was in town and did I want to go to lunch.  Anything to get out of the office during this time of year. We went to a lovely cafe downtown called Dharma Blue.  We sat outside on the patio and it was just beautiful out. I had Grilled marinated shrimp, grilled yellow squash and a few bites of mashed potatoes.  There was this beautiful tomato ver blanc sauce (spelling?) and it was lovely.   A beautiful day, with fantastic company, and great food.  What else can you want in a day?

Busy busy busy day ,,,I have not had the opportunity to leave my office so  b=Coffee  w'skim milk b=Protein Shake  S=Skinny mocha latte (thank god for tenants) L=Protein shake   D= Edit: take out burgers and I ate a jalapeno popper I ate the burger no bun couple fries (healthy aye) lol i'm kinda cranky today im sure it has something to do with work  lol Estelle
