I've got a range of things -
Fore sure - A 5X or 6X red shiny fancy coat from Junonia (anyone in Montana or Canada need a coat, the rest of us don't)
Fore sure - A 30/32 babydoll blouse - I didn't wear it much at all because it has shortish sleeves with elastic at the bottom, like a puff, and I am not pleased with my arms. Its super-cute though, very long, and has a pretty pale blue and tan paisley-ish pattern (with a skin-toned lined layer underneath) I wore it today and its hanging off me
Fairly sure - blue button down blouse size 30 or 32, can't remember, with v neck and 3/4 sleeves (with a little ruffle on the end of the sleeves), I think that one and maybe the one above are both in pictures on my profile.
Fore sure - A pair of 28P denim lite jeans (light blue)
Maybes - A couple of 28 shirts, one is green long sleeved tee, another is pink short sleeved tee, and a third and possibly fourth are babydolls, one is pale blue and the other is black velvet. I also have a brown long-sleeved shirt that I think is a 28 as well
Maybe - cute gray sweater I hate to give up, a small size 28, I may hold onto it just in case its chilly in boston though
Maybe - pink and black zip jacket, 30/32 (ran smallish) - possibly also holding on to for Boston
For sure - A pair of black 30/32 stretch pants, my MC Hammer pants :)
I'd prefer to send it all to one person, although I can understand that you might not want to coat with summer coming and if you are in between sizes it might not fit by the time its cool again. Also keep in mind, I am SHORT, so other than that paisley blouse, a lot of these things probably wouldn't be ideal if you are quite tall.
Also I don't know if anyone has qualms about wearing other people's bras, but I've got an ungodly number of bras in 44DD, 44DDD, 46DDD, 46DD that I am going to have to throw away if no one wants them. One of them is only a month or two old, padded, seamless skintone and was really super nice and is still in great shape. Its a 42DDD and I am sad to see it not fitting cuz it made the boobies look boobie-tastic!
Let me know if you are interested!
Your post got me to thinking. As I have told you before, you and I have similiar body shapes. Well, we did until you went and lost all that weight!! hehehe I am in desparate need of getting new work clothes, but I have been putting it off because I don't want to spend money on clothes I am not going to get to wear a lot. So, my question - how long after your surgery before you needed new clothes? Also, I have to mail order most of my clothes. Did you have to do this too? And if so, how long after your surgery could you shop at Avenue and Lane Bryant? Ok and now that I have typed this, I realize I am getting personal, so if you don't want to answer - very understandable!

I am totally open to personal questions, don't worry :) I usually didn't have to do mail order, but I was right on the verge. I am quite petite, so even though I weighed a lot and had a big BMI, most of my clothes were 32s, which I could get at Avenue. I had a few things I ordered in larger sizes from Silhouettes and Junonia, but mostly I could still shop in Avenue. Lane Bryant was almost always too small though, since they only go up to 28s.
As for how soon I had to buy clothes - it was a surprisingly long time, probably almost 100lbs, before things started looking too loose. I was rather stunned by this, but other people report it too. It seems like if you are quite large it takes a while to change sizes at first. Now I'm changing sizes faster for sure. I don't like spending money on clothes I'm not going to wear a lot either, so I prefer only shopping sales unless its an emergency. I do recommend that if you see something small that is in a cut you KNOW will work for you later on, and its on clearance, grab it. That way if you only spent a few dollars on it you don't feel as bad when you shrink out of it :) Once you get into 22s and lower there is also a ton more to choose from because regular stores carry stuff, and thrift stores and consignments sometimes have those sizes too. I am a clothes horse, and I love quality clothes, so its starting to get hard to give things up that aren't very old. Your surgeon may also have a clothing exchange system if there is a support group, and there are clothing exchanges on here. Sometimes ebay has good deals too. If you get stuff through clothing exchange and then are able to pass them on when you are done its even better!
Both of the blouses I listed would be work appropriate btw :)
It has been years since I could fit "the girls" in 30/32s. My torso is like a big barrel....starts at my chest and goes all the way to my belly. My poor legs never get noticed because their only purpose is to hold up the barrel. Lukily that all should be changing real soon. Thanks for the info on sizes, I guess I am just going to bite the bullet and get a couple shirts to hold me over.
You & I must've been on the same wave-length today. I had a bunch of things that I packed up to bring over to the church - nothing much to post here, really old stuff - but I will have a bunch of jeans in the not-to-distant future! There is a wide range of sizes & once I figure out what sizes they are I will share them with anyone who wants them!! They are all from LB Catalog & god forbid they use real sizes!!! Everything has letters & numbers!! UGH!!!! I am down to the letter equivalent of a size 24 so I have a bunch from about 32 on down!! If anyone thinks they might be interested send me a pm & I will let you know exactly what I have!!
Have a good night!!!
