After talking with my hubby, I've decided to increase to one more set on my weight training. In order to do this, I'll have to move my workouts around because it takes me an hour to do the full body workout now and I won't get done in time unless I want to be 30 minutes late for work. So...today I did 3 sets on my upper body and didn't do lower body at all. It took me an hour but I added my 200 crunches in to that mix while I was waiting for someone to finish on a machine. My goal is to do my upper body then do 30 minutes of cardio. I took 10-15 to do the crunches so I'm close. I've just got to get up earlier. My arms are pretty weary right now. Especially my shoulders. But I know it's good for my body and my arms and the fat are looking so much better than I expected. So, I'm pretty encouraged and looking forward to seeing how the new workout changes my loss. It's supposed to be a beautiful weekend here. We are going to the Goombay Festival this weekend after my statistic exam tomorrow. Yuck for the exam but I love festivals.
