B - ham, cheese, triscuits - made Eggface bites last night and planned to bring them to work but they must still be sitting on the counter at home!
S - Greek yogurt w/ bare naked blueberry granola
L - steak, salad, banana
S - turkey jerky
D - grilled chicken, veggies

Snack #1: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries
Snack #2: medium banana [workout #1: upper body strength training, core work] Lunch: 6 oz. grilled salmon, 2 large spears steamed broccoli (yeah, leftovers)!
Snack #3: 1 c. Stonyfield plain fat-free yogurt, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries, 1/4 c. Bob's Red Mill Mueslix
Snack #4: 1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 oz. Hillshire Farms honey ham, 1 slice low-fat cheese, leaf lettuce
Dinner: leftover chili w/ cheddar shreds (or at least that's the plan - my girlfriend is at the grocery storeright now, so if she decides to buy something and cook, I'll eat whatever she makes)
Snack #5: 2 sugar-free fudgesicles

work sucks! thats my new motto.........i'm still seriously pmsing but I made better choices today :) b= coffee w' skim milk protein shake L= chicken salad with a fork D= mexican salad ( grilled chicken and back beans w' onions and peppers & toms over lettuce with a drop of sour cream) I'm going to have sf ff puddin Better huh? lol I drank a ton today i'm going to try and detox myself from carbs for the next few days. wish me luck lol
