Good Thursday Jenn, hope you and everyone else here has a wonderful day today! Mine started very early, I was wide awake at 3AM, no better time to get up and watched all those shows I've Tivo'd!

Pre pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte

Pre B - Brown Sugar cinnamon latte

B - ham, cheese, triscuits - made Eggface bites last night and planned to bring them to work but they must still be sitting on the counter at home!

S - Greek yogurt w/ bare naked blueberry granola

L - steak, salad, banana

S - turkey jerky

D - grilled chicken, veggies

Here's my plan - BOLD IS WHAT I ACTUALLY ATE (edit) B - 16oz mootopia, serving benefiber, 1/4 serving ovaltine S - fiber one yogurt, banana L - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 small tomatoes sliced with salt and pepper S - 1c grapes,  v8 nothing D - 1 rotisserie chicken breast, 1corn on the cob, 1 pat of butter, 1/4 baked medium-sized sweet potato (with sf vanilla syrup and cinnamon) chipotle burrito bol with chicken beans salsas cheese and sour cream - about 1/3 or 1/4 bol S - 1 NSA tapioca fiber one bar instead of tapioca This seems like a ton of food so I probably won't fini**** all, but I usually over-estimate anyway Calories - 1092 Fat - 26g Carbs - 141g (a little higher than I prefer BUT its a lot of fruit and veggies so that's fine with me) Fiber - 24g Protein - 83g

I think your titles are clever!  Don't have any witty suggestions for Thursday - will try to work on that.  Glad to know I rock your boat.  Just me.  No one else...  You crack me up -  Here's what I'm eatin' - Breakfast:  1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

Snack #1:  1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries

Snack #2:  medium banana [workout #1:  upper body strength training, core work] Lunch:  6 oz. grilled salmon, 2 large spears steamed broccoli (yeah, leftovers)!
Snack #3:  1 c. Stonyfield plain fat-free yogurt, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries, 1/4 c. Bob's Red Mill Mueslix

Snack #4:  1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 oz. Hillshire Farms honey ham, 1 slice low-fat cheese, leaf lettuce 

Dinner:  leftover chili w/ cheddar shreds (or at least that's the plan - my girlfriend is at the grocery storeright now, so if she decides to buy something and cook, I'll eat whatever she makes)

Snack #5:  2 sugar-free fudgesicles
Total calories:  2131
Carbs:  247.7
Fats:  62.8
Fiber:  38.1
Protein:  145.2

Well so far today I have had Breakfast---1/2 cup fatfree cottage cheese, with 1/2 cup dole sliced peaches Snack- Banana Lunch- Turkey/Dressing Lean Cuisuine Snack- Lucerne Low fat strawberry smoothie..11grams protein  Sugar free Red Bull Dinner- Grilled Chicken Breast with Corn on the cob Snack 2 south beach oatmeal cookies Have a great Thursday... I love Survivor!  I felt bad for Jason, but was happy that Eric won immunity on his birthday.  What a cool feeling for him...

work sucks!   thats my new motto.........i'm still seriously pmsing but I made better choices today :)  b= coffee w' skim milk protein shake  L= chicken salad with a fork  D= mexican salad ( grilled chicken and back beans w' onions and peppers & toms over lettuce with a drop of sour cream) I'm going to have sf ff puddin  Better huh? lol I drank a ton today i'm going to try and detox myself from carbs for the next few days.  wish me luck lol

B  Coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 L  Cucumber-Onion-Sweet Pepper Salad with feta sprinkles S  10 whole grain chips (120 cal) with cheddar and salsa, handful of peanuts D  3 oz tenderloin, Sweet Pepper-Onion-Asparagus Stir-Fry over 1/2 cup brown rice (very light teriyaki sauce) S  1 tbl Jiff peanut butter (95 cal) S  2 turkey sticks (90 cal, 10g protein)
