It's Thursday.  I'm not sure what I'm doing today.  I need formal gym work, so I'm going to have to be strong and resist temptation.  I know aquacise is on the menu later on today. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

ever diligent and ready to try new things I decided to do the recumbent bike today..... after 30 mins I was a little tired but still okay so I went on to do another 15.... I'm getting a sneaking suspicion that my hip joints are going to be killing me in the morning.... LOL 45 mins recumbent bike fat burning program........

Hi, Kix!  Today is upper body strength training and core work at lunch time.  Nothing after work - going to happy hour for one of my co-workers who's transferring to another department... Kellie

45 minutes on a random hill program on the elliiptical.  At 30 minutes, I just wasn't in the mood as my IPOD is still dead and it's no fun without it.  So I stopped looking at the time.  I usually get like that as I approach 30 minutes and I have to stop looking at my time. I am actually a little fatigued and not as envigorated as I normally am after doing cardio.   I had to move stations this morning too.  Without the IPOD, I couldn't drown out the moaner that was next to me a few weeks ago. I just can't handle all the noises.  Can  you tell I'm a little cranky this morning?

60 minutes cardio - I'm going to guesstimate 40min treadmill, 15min bike, 5min elliptical.  I don't know if that is what I'll do but I managed an hour of cardio last night without too much pain plus weights - was at the gym for almost 2 hrs!  My feet hurt a little today though, from all the walking I did at school and at the gym.  For some reason the balls of my feet feel oddly achey and dry.

I usually don't work out Thursday mornings due to a very early morning session with my tutor (I have to meet her at 7:30, which means I have to leave my house by 5:30 which means there is no way in hell I am going to work out at 3:30am!!) So, long story short, I am taking it to the trails tonight and doing a couple of hours of mountain biking after work. I don't usually like to work out in the evenings but I just want to get out there and enjoy this sun!! I've got to say, I am hooked on mountain biking, it really is fun! And you move so much faster than when you run

I just got back from the gym - I did 50min (490cal) on the treadmill in 2 sessions - 17min then full body circuit, then 33min.  In total we were there for an 1:40 and I was working out the whole time.  Hubby did 60min on the elliptical and then crunches and the rowing machine.  We are ravenous and waiting on dinner now.  I think today was my best workout yet, yay! :)

I'm surprised at how sore and tired my legs were today after walking around the zoo all day yesterday.  I was too tired to do anything other than aquacise, and even that was a bit of an effort.   Kix
