HRSA = Health Resources and Services Administration. It's one of the branches of HHS (Health and Human Services), of which my former employer (CDC) was another branch. This gig does performance reviews on grantees in Region VIII (who) receive federal funding. I've done this kind of work before and enjoy it very much. Kix (stupid OH censor, I had to put brackets around the word WHO).
