Cranky, spanky. I'm with you on early Monday mornings suck. Especially when the weather's great and the cat is snuggled up with me... Sigh.... Anyway, here's what's on my plate today -
Breakfast: 1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal
Snack #1: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries
Snack #2: medium banana, ~1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter [workout #1: strength training, core work]
Lunch: Lean Cuisine thai-style chicken
Snack #3: Trader Joe's greek style yogurt, 1/4 c. Kashi granola (yum!)
Snack #4: 1 slice whole-grain bread, 4 slices of turkey breast, 1 slice low-fat cheese, alfalfa sprouts
[workout #2: 60 minutes of cardio]
Snack #5: medium apple

I like the Ronzoni whole wheat pasta fairly well - I don't miss pasta much, which is a surprise because I love me some pasta, but I made some Ronzoni for hubby with chicken parm and I had a taste, it actually wasn't bad - no nasty whole wheatyness, which is good because we won like 5 boxes of it from something on melting mama's blog. That should last a while only cooking for 1 person!

Breakfast : South Beach Diet High Protein Cereal Bar 10 g protein & 140 cal
Snack: 1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch cereal 4 oz skim milk 9 gram protein & 115 cal
lunch: Wow new mediterranean restaurant just opened down the street from the Theatre and I ventured in. Got a Gyro platter. Ate 4 strips of gyro meat. 4 bites of tabouleh and 2 small pieces of feta cheese & 1/4 of a pita bread. Who knows on the calories or the nutritional content. I'll have to go on a search for that. Approxiimately 7 g protein & 320 calories
Snack: 3 York Peppermint Patty SF 60 cal & fun gas for the rest of the day for free!
Dinner: Roast Pork cooked on the grill & sauteed squash 200 cal & 20 gram protein
Snack: unjury chocolate shake 28 g protein 230 cal
Ok, so I just checked and the gyro meat isn't the best choice for eating, but it tasted great. Must have a bunch of filler in it since it's lamb pork & beef I think.

This is my first time posting what I ate today.... so here it goes so far
Breakfast- 1 weigh****chers yogurt
Snack- sliced oranges and pinapple
Lunch- 1 cup of left over chicken and brocoli.
afternoon pickme up will be a suger free red bull
Dinner- 1 cup of homemade chicken soup.
I hope not to snack after dinner...
I will let you know tomorrow how I did.

Well my crappalicious day hasn't gotten better - I need to poo badly, I am exhausted, and I found out that the house I was super-excited about renting from my friend now has a buyer so I'm just out of luck. My food choices reflect my mood
B - venti 2% latte
S - nope, low blood sugar, most likely - watched other people eat pizza while I glowered and wished for poo
L (6 hrs after bkfst) - 4 whole grain crackers, 3 little cubes of cheese, about a tbsp of spreadable cheese, and 3 thin slices of cantaloupe (from food set-up for our Monday speaker)
S - nope, low blood sugar, most likely - I'm gonna check it before I go drive over to pick my husband up
D - who the heck knows? not hungry JUST WANT TO POOP!!!! I am ready to go for the stimulant laxative/sugar-free candy double edged sword
