Good Morning Kix! My Allergies having been kicking my butt all weekend and the alarm actually went off this morning or I'd still be snoozing on, but I still made it into the gym first thing this morning! 15 mins elliptical 30 mins weight training  4 25oz bottles of water in too.... whew, I must have been thirsty!

Do you take anything for your allergies?  When I do, I find myself so darned thirsty that I can barely get enough liquids to drink.  Allergies are kicking my butt, too, I'm allergic to the pine tree pollen. Achoo! Kix

I finally broke down and took some OTC Zyrtec.... I was really surprised at how well it worked......

Thanks, Kix.  Not your fault Monday arrived so soon -  I was pretty lazy this weekend, compared to my usual activity level.  Quite lazy in fact - it was delightful, but I'm getting antsy today - too much stored energy I think.  Or perhaps too much caffeine in the morning coffee.  Either way, here's today's plan: - strength training and core work at lunch.  I can't recall what I did the last time I did strength training, upper body or lower body, so I'll do the opposite today.   - 60 minutes of cardio after work Looking forward to two good workouts today!!!! Kellie

On my honor I do solemnly swear to exercise today! lol What i'm going to do I don't know yet, Most likey run the pond Or I was thinking amybe I would go to the lake today, I'll repost and let ya know! But atleast this way I can hold myself to it!  Thanks  Kix :)

Excellent workout this morning.  Didn't struggle too much after the weekend break with my total body strength training.  I switched around the order of the machines and that seemed to help a bit get the muscles moving.  50 minutes and I felt excellent when I was done. My shoulders and arms are really getting toned.  Not that it's going to help the angel wings that hang down below, but if I can ignore my angel wings I'm pretty pleased!

Glad you enjoyed your workout!  You should see my upper arms -- the top look all toned, and then there's all this hanging skin.  It's really scary!  Kix

I'll do 45min treadmill and full body strength training at the gym tonight.  I didn't do anything Sat or Sun at the gym, but I did walk around outside a whoooole bunch on Sat.  I'm having a rough couple of days with energy levels, I just want to sleep.  I am out before my head hits the pillow and I don't wake up until the alarm rings.  And if there is no alarm (yesterday) I literally sleep until my bladder is fit to burst - I slept 12 hrs yesterday without even waking up to turn over!  What's up with that???
