I let my old habits kick back in...but as of today they are hopefully gonna be gone.
So I am gonna start posting my weight to keep my self honest... You are all so supportive..
Beginning weight 473
Surgery weight 419
Lowest weight 181
Todays weight 210 OMG..
Thanks for being here, I really need all your support.

Good for you for getting back up here and posting! I know there are weeks where I think "I'm not going to post, I gained." Then I remind myself of the stinkin promise I made myself that I would post no matter what and I guilt myself into posting
. It does help though, so be sure to come back! There will be no finger waging around here,
we are all in the same boat!!
Keep up the hard work, I know you can get back on track. Just concentrate on how you will feel when you have lost the weight - I know that helps me.
Big hugs

Girl, your OH peeps have got your back. We are here to encourage, cajol, praise and, if absolutely necessary, administer a little booty kickin'. You know what you're doing, and/or not doing, as the case may be. Why haven't you taken tha****er pill? And what's up with those old habits, girl? I thought you kicked those to the curb!!!! Who let them sneak back in? You show them right where the door is, usher 'em right on out, and don't let them back in. Stinkers.....
I'd also invite you to start posting what you're eating in Jen's daily calorie countdown. There's a lot of folks putting it out there, good and bad, but it's help keep us accountable. And it helps to see what others are doing as well; makes it a little easier to know I'm not the only one still having to work hard to fight the good fight, so to speak.
And as far as I'm concerned, there's no shame in regain. It happens to all of us for various reasons. The only shame would be in not using that great tool you've been blessed with to get yourself even healthier than you are right now.
Lots of love, hugs, and encouragement coming your way - please, please, please keep coming back. You need us and honestly, we need you too -

I had a "self-sabotage" week last week, so didn't do great. But I had the race this weekend and ended up losing a pound. It probably would of been more but I ate like a horse on the drive home after the race! I was STARVING - that race made my appetite skyrocket and I had already said that it was a free day for me, so I ate whatever I wanted. That ends this week - have to start being a little more diligent.
surgery weight: 371
last week's weight: 175
this week's weight: 174
I'm tired and sore from this weekend, but it was a blast! It makes eating right so much easier when I have these races to look forward to!
It was a glorious weekend here in CO, temps were in the mid to upper 70s. Of course, this meant that everyone in CO was outside, so it was hard trying to find a place to do recreational walking that wasn't packed like Grand Central Station at rush hour. My sister bought me a nifty wooden walking stick at the Garden Show last week and I wanted to give it a try up at one of the open spaces around here, but they weren't very open at all! Platoons of people! Consequently, we mostly frittered away the weekend, but it was fun.
Beginning weight: 530 lb
Surgery weight: 407 lb
Last week: 221 lb
This week: 222 lb
It looks like I gained a pound from last Monday; however, around mid week last week my weight shot up to 225 (eek!), probably from eating too many carbs. I cut down on the carbs this weekend and am pleased to be at 222 today. Of course, I want it lower, but 222 is a good sign.

I really really really don't want to post my weight today because I KNOW its a false reading, I haven't used the bathroom in 3, going on 4 days. I'm up for a third dose of miralax in a little while, but here we go.
Starting weight - 440
Surgery weight - 405
Last week - 295.8
This week - 299.4
I really need to
- Thurs I was 295.0 so I'm counting it as a 0.8 lb loss this week :P

Its pretty bad - I know what caused it. I always take 4 colace with my iron every night. Well I forgot the colace Thurs night. Iron is evil. I am also full of fluid, my jeans barely fit this morning, I am super bloated and my hands and feet are also puffy. Ridiculous.
