Oooh, look at yesterdays calorie countdown - estelle and I both posted bean salads!
Eggfaces Italian Bean Salad is one of my favorites! Her Chicken and white bean caccatorie is a family favorite.
I seem to put beans in everything these days. Yesterday was a crockpot dump day, I had some cooked leftover deboned chicken to which I added 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes, white kidney beans, and fresh brocoli to. It turned out yummy!
Here is one of my favorites. I leave out the avocado as it ups the fatfactor as well as the mushy factor. It is great as a salad, no chips needed - especially in the summer. Enjoy!

HI I made a spagetti sauce and added a can of kidney beans In a processor I mulched mushrooms carots,celery,onions garlic ,lots of garlic then added to the pot a couple of cans of pasta sauce ,1 sml bottle of v8,. half a pound of lean grnd chicken and half a pound of xtra lean gnd beef , spices and then I blended a can of kidney beans and added that to the pot and let it cook for an hour . It was amazing with whole wheat pasta
next time I make it I will use less beef maybe less meat altogether. my daughter too it too school for a few days. She loved it I have a hard time with pasta as my body process it to fast I use to get hungry an hour after eating it. Not now. I ate 1 bowl and I didnt eat anything for the rest of the evening.
