Gym is Open (Thursday 4/17)

I ended up doing all my exercise this afternoon, which felt awkward, but I got it done.  I did 330 calories worth of inline skating machine (alternating between levels 3-5), then did some strength training.  I don't like the weight machines at the rec center as much as the ones at Ballys, but they had to do today.  After all this, I did an hour of aquacise, which is more like a tai chi class than the peppy classes our Jennie in Ontario teaches. Hair didn't make me walk faster but I had a good workout.  I did 20 minutes of intense treadmill (3mph, 6.5% incline) and then full body circuit - on most machines I did 3 sets of 20 reps, but a few like the chest press thing I was lucky to get 1 set of 20 and 1 set of 10 before I couldn't do anymore.  Then I did 5 minutes on the elliptical just to see if I could make it to 5 minutes.  I did, without getting seasick.  It burned though.
