Morning everyone... I heart pizza...every once in a while i get a low carb, light cheese, no sauce, artichoke de-lite pie from papa murphy's and freeze all but 2 little slices of it and bliss out, but i swell up like a balloon when i eat it so i only do it every great once in a while when i am REALLY craving it... Went to Old Navy to get new jeans yesterday and ended up buying size 14's because the regular 16's were too big! i was so excited! i started crying in the dressing room! lol when i came out the girl working looked at me like i was an alien but i haven't been in a size 14 since elementary school.... You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance. -Lee Iacocca

Well ya know I'm a Curves member.  I do enjoy it and the sweating is good for me.  I know cardio is important, but we also need to tone & strengthen our muscles because we lose muscle as we age after 30.  Whatever you chose, just be consistent. You are doing a great job!!  CONGRATS!!!   Hugs  Jeanine

I'm seconding your emphasis on doing strength training to tone and strenghten our muscles!  It's great to help prevent the usual muscle loss that occurs as we age.  It can also help prevent osteoporosis, as the strength training puts pressure on our bones, which causes them to strengthen just like our muscles!  Also, adding muscle mass helps keep our metabolism higher, so we burn more calories.  Lots and lots of good reasons to strength train!!!
