Ugh I feel like crap this morning.  I feel like crap stuck on the bottom of your shoe.  Hungry now? I should be excited (I was very excited until I woke up this morning) because I am having lunch with a Nobel Laureate today.  He is speaking at the university and 20 PhD students get to have lunch with him.  He is speaking tonight and my husband is also attending.  At this point however, I am just hoping I don't on his shoes.  I am ok as long as I don't move, but any kind of motion and I want to let loose.  Not sure what the problem is. Anyway, I don't have a food plan as I have no idea what they will be serving for lunch or if I will be able to eat it.  Right now I am trying to drink some carnaton instant breakfast in mootopia with extra benefiber. Have a good day!

Definitely light headed on the liquid diet.  It took a while to equalize on that.  Good luck!

Whoo...I'm so glad I didn't have a 2 week liquid diet.  I would have killed someone.  I only had 5 days.

You know it definitely crosses my mind every time I feel pukey, and its something I am concerned about too because I do want to have kids (was a major reason for surgery) but I don't want to have them while I am losing weight rapidly, too dangerous.  Anyway, no I don't think so.  I just finished my period about 4 days ago and it was normal and on time (I use NuvaRing).  I am feeling somewhat better now, just a bad headache but the tummy calmed down a lot.

Wow that Sucks! its always on an important day I get sick too.  I hope your day is wonderfully and you bounced right back from this! I have how ever had an exciting eating day today so far lol   My favorite ice cream place opened back up anddddddddd I had some!  ok ok It wasn't what you think it was only 8 Frozen yogurt FF SF 32 calories per serving!!!   Here is the link, Will look at it and tell me what you think?  http://www.only8frozenyogurt.com/only8nutritional.html B=coffee with skim milk  Protein shake L=veggie sushi rolls  S= only 8 frozen yogurt  D= I think Jerry is bbqing chicken and we will have squash with it It really helps with the protein that we can bbq again I way prefer the meat on the grill!  Edit: Jerry did make chicken legs and steak so I had some of each and broccoli and snow peas with tofu (my daughter is a vegetarian so I made that for her but ate it as my veggie because jerry made corn)  The steak was hard to eat (probably because I ate it to fast ) so I ate mostly chicken.

It looks like a decent occasional snack.  I wouldn't depend on it for a lot of nutrition but as a treat its low calorie and you enjoy it and there are live cultures so I say go for it.  You said FF SF but it looks like its only FF, it has fructose.  7g of sugar for a serving is ok, shouldn't be dumpsville, but again I wouldn't get it every day :) I am not much of a yogurt person, although soft serve frozen yogurt is ok.  I know I should eat it, I know its very good for me, and I buy it.  I hardly ever eat it though.
