I moved but I was not enthusiastic about it.  Had a tough time getting going this morning.  Maybe because I missed on Friday.  Oh well, I was back in there again so that's all that matters.  Today was total body strength training for 1 hour.  Felt great though!

Wish I could join you for a walk in the Colorado Rockies - see me be green with envy...   I've got a meeting at lunch today, so don't think I'll fit in a mid-day workout.  I will go to the gym after work for 60 minutes of cardio though... Kellie

I did full body weight training last night, so I will just do cardio tonight - 45 minutes.

I did 60 minutes of spinning class - such a fun class! However, I now have a bike and I am already planning lots of ways to be outside riding. I need to get some quality time in since my first Adventure Race is Sunday!!! I can't believe this will actually come true, I am so psyched! The race has about 15 miles biking, 10 miles of trail running so this week I will do some tough workouts through tomorrow, then back off a bit and do some mellow ones. I don't want to be too tired for the race. Hope you had fun in the mountains!! Where did you go?

I did 2.25 miles on the treadmill at between 2.5 and 5% incline - it took a little under 50 minutes and burned 450cal according to the machine.  This is by far the best I've done.  I'm going to keep it at 30-45 minutes for the week and then try to up it to 45min-1hr next week (the longer times on days when I am not weight training).  It felt really good, like I accomplished something.  I has pride :)

I worked from home yesterday so no gym time, instead I took the little dog for a little speed walking.... we did the little short half-mile loop at the little park near our house....  geez you think I used the word little enough in that paragraph???
