Yes the seatbelt was amazing when it happened to me.  I was in my husband's van yesterday and looked at how much slack I had in the belt.  I didn't have any towards the end just before my surgery.  And in my convertible, I couldn't even fasten it! The weight is going to start falling off of you.  I hope you love to shop! Congratulations
