Hi Linda! Welcome to BMI over 50! This is a wonderfully supportive board and we love to new people!! Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! How very exciting! Your starting BMI is basically the same as mine was this time last year :)
I wish you all the best and hope you keep us updated with your progress and feel free to ask any questions and post your food and exercise daily if you wish.
Welcome , Welcome,
Lots of great people on this board, Its a great place to learn as you progress thrugh your WLS journey. I look forward to geting to know you and reading your posts :) I'm always so glad to see people join before they have surgery its really my only regret in the process , That I found this place after my surgery.
