I do have other pants hehe, I had just held on to those ones because they were the only black pants I had and I thought they still fit.  I do have a big presentation, well 2, coming up so I have to look for some slacks in the next two weeks, and a blouse.  The one I was planning to wear is definitely too baggy (I tried it on last night).  It might work for May but it definitely won't work for June!  I hope you have a fantastic weekend!  Your dinner sounds yummy!  (Although I don't eat seafood it always sounds good and looks good... until I taste it!)

I loved and hated how quickly clothes went from being okay to making me look like a homeless person.  It was a blessing and a curse!  Although I'm sort of sad that my big losing days are over, my wallet is glad that I don't have to buy new clothes every 3-4 months I hope you have a great weekend too.  I'm looking forward to dinner - I love shrimp and scallops, and one of my girlfriends has this great way of cooking them in a preheated cast iron skillet that is delicious.  The spinach salad just sounded different and delicious.  My household has been in a food rut -- eating the same things all the time -- and needs to find some new things to rotate through our menus!   What kind of presentations do you have coming up??? Once a year the PhD students present their research to all the faculty.  The first week of May eek!  Then I am presenting again (poster) at a conference in Boston during the first week of June.  The first one is the scary one, the second one is just a pain in the butt.  When you present a poster you stand there for a few hours and talk to anyone who comes by so you end up saying the same thing over and over again and thinking about how much your feet hurt.

Boy, that's sounds like fun.  Think I'd rather have a root canal!  Although I'm sure you do fine - I'm sure you know your stuff inside out, backwards forwards, and upside down!  But I think most of us get nervous when we have to do this type of thing.   Where are you in your PhD process?  (Sorry if I've asked you this before - just can't recall now...)
