Ethnic Gourmet - yum!

I tried a new frozen entree for lunch today - Chicken Tikka Masala by Ethnic Gourmet.  I really enjoyed it - not as "rich" as the tikka I've had in Indian restaurants, but nicely seasoned and a great texture.  Here's a link to their website:  http://www.ethnicgourmet.com/index.php
