8 month surgery anniversary pictures

Well I remember last month, I'd just fit into the jeans I wore in that picture.  Now they are falling down.  I may have only lost 6lbs this past month but the inches lost were obvious to me.  I have some befores and afters here: March 2006 And here are afters from today

You know I am starting to feel pretty good.  I didn't realize how little energy I'd really had for the last 7 months or so until I finally started getting my energy back.  Now if I could just get my brain back in working order all would be well! Thanks so much :) Jenn

Jen,  your losing perfectly! Do you realize that?   your going to be one of those people that you can't tell they lost alot of weight, Congrats on the continued rewards of all your hard work!   keep it up! Well that's because I'm perfect Sunshine :) Actually I'm going to have big problems with arms and I think a lot of skin on my stomach and back above my belly button.  My pannus is shrinking a lot so I'm not sure how bad it will end up.  The thing that bugs me is that I couldn't really tell when I was heavy that I had stretch marks, they were very pale.  Now they are really getting obvious!  I got your message, I will send you a private message with my address.  Do you want me to send postage money?  Glad you feel better and lol at Jerry!  Your man is gonna meet me when I am visit Boston or Rochester and be like "um, yeah, well you were cute in your picture but... I guess you must take a good picture!" 

omg today I finaly went to the docs for the lingering caugh and my lungs are clear but for sme reason they measured me andddddddd are u ready for this? I am 5.5 not 5.4 and 1/2 lol i'm actualy a touch above 5.5 I made them measure again . so I asked why I always thought I was 5.4?  The nurse looked at me like how the hell should I know lol 

oooh so that drops your BMI right there, yay!

Maybe the extra weight was pulling you down also, I read the other day about some lady that was an inch taller after losing like 200lbs.  There's hope for me yet.  My doc has me listed at 5'1.5 but I was wearing shoes (silly nurse) - I'm 5'0 or maybe 5'1 on a good spine day
