I know what you mean, Karen.  I went to the auto show when it was here in Denver last month and I enjoyed walking around and looking at every car.  I also enjoyed being able to get in and out of cars without worrying whether I'd get wedged behind the steering wheel! Did you have a particular favorite?  I liked the Camry hybrid. Kix

Sign me up for burning off the sins of weekend noshing!  We played poker Saturday night and I spent most of the night noshing.  Then I lost the battle with the peanut M&Ms yesterday while sitting around watching television.  I definitely have sins to burn off -  So, I'll do a 2-a-day today.  Upper body strength training and core work at lunch, then 60 minutes of cardio after work.  Hopefully that'll help burn off a little sin - Kellie

Did my normal for Monday - total body strength training.  Will do ab workout tonight when I get home. I went shopping this weekend because of the rain and was really speeding through the mall in between stores.  I used to have to stop and take a break while shopping at the mall.  Not any more!

I'm tired... really tired. But in a good way - I've been working HARD to get myself ready for my first Adventure Race in 2 weeks. This week I will be doing double workouts and lots of cross training - I'm hoping to see a difference. This morning I ran 2 miles then did a one hour spinning class. I LOVE the teacher, he's very yoga-esque and motivational. I'll be doing this most of this week, the race is a combo of trail running and biking so I am trying to get my body use to the quick change of running to biking and vice versa. I get my mountain bike this weekend so I'll be getting outside more after that - yeah!!!
