I did my first spinning class this morning and loved it! Fun way to bike inside, which I usually don't enjoy. But add some music and a great instructor and I just might make this a habit
This is great for my adventure racing - I have a race in about 2 weeks and I need to get my legs use to biking!
I'm also walking at lunch today - got a group together who want to start getting out since the weather is getting better. Nice way to work out my sore muscles from biking!
My funk is better, exercising is helping. I'm finally starting to feel settled and getting into a routine, that is helping A LOT!

I don't think I am going to workout tonight because we have an appt with the trainer tomorrow afternoon to set up a routing for each of us and go through their circuit machines. If its anything like last time I will be exhausted.
This is our current workout schedule plan
Sunday - gym or hike, if its gym I will do 30-40 min cardio and legs circuit 2x
Mon - gym - 30-40min cardio, arm circuit 2x
Tues - gym - cardio only, 45 min
Wed - off day
Thurs - gym 30 min cardio, full body circuit 2x
Fri - off day
Sat - gym 30-40min cardio, arm circuit 2x
Wed and Fri are my most hectic days at school so this works for me.

Also, I meant to ask - has anyone used a treadclimber? I tried to get on it last night and I was totally lopsided, only one side would go down. I was also completely confused - it was the "practice" program and it started at like 3.5mph, I nearly flew off the thing. Am I just stupid or what's the deal? Its supposed to move up and down on both sides right? Does it do that automatically or do you have to push down? Is my right side heavier? I will ask tomorrow I guess since when we are there at night there is no staff.
Let me know what you find out, I tried using the stair stepper at the gym and I can't get the thing to act like a stair stepper. The pedals just sit there. Maybe I'm too heavy? I wanted to try the stairmaster today, but it was occupied. It's the one with the actual stairs, and I haven't been able to figure out how to use it, either.
