Profiles
In one of the weekend discussions, one of our new folks mentioned that they were looking at profiles and not many of us had them. I'm guilty! In our journey to help ourselves, we can often help others. If you have time this week and you choose to do so, why not tell your story on your profile? It doesn't have to be a compelling saga, just highlights, so others whose BMI is above 50 know they aren't alone as they start their path to a healthier life. Kix (will add my story so as not to be one of those "Do as I say, not as I do" kind of folks)

Very good idea! I do have some info on my profile but I have no updated it in a while. I will definitely do that very soon.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
I love reading profiles but I am choosy! LOL. I don't really give a rip about people who started out at 210 pounds who have a goal of 100 - LMAO! I claimed I am a snob - true and true!
I have a very open profile and if you're on my friends list you even get to check out my nudes from pre-op to my 1 year - oh lucky day for my friends list! Poor dears.....
Thanks for starting this my friend - it is important to let people know they aren't alone! I totally agree!

Thanks from a newbie. I have been feeling terrible since I posted pictures as I chose to have a recent one with my big belly showing so that I can use it as my before picture. Usually I try not to have pictures taken of myself unless I have my kids stand in front of me. *ugh*
Anyway, thanks for being here and I hope to make some new friends!
