Me on a exercise bike ???

I found an exercise bike at a school yard sale Saturday for $5.00. Sunday i thought Ok I will see what I can do. I did 5 minutes tickled and I did 5 minutes more. So I  did 10 minutes this morning and will be doing 10 minutes tonight WOW me the lady that use to be in a wheel chair. My old titanuim knees just a working I am going to try to keep it up and keep increasing it.

That's awesome.  The bike is what really got me doing exercise for the first time.  I love that I can read a book while I'm pumping away -dawn
