Good morning, all.  I did not successfully ignore the dark chocolate caramel bunnies last night - thankfully they are almost gone....  But I still had a pretty good day yesterday, all in all.  Here's my vittles plan for Wednesday - edited 3/27 to reflect what I actually ate Wednesday! 

Breakfast:  1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control oatmeal

Snack #1:  1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, ~1/2 cup sliced strawberries Snack #2:  small banana, 6 oz. Breyer's Light Yogurt

[workout #1:  upper body strength training, core work]

Lunch:  4.5 oz. filet mignon, 1 c. sauteed zucchini and mushrooms (leftovers), 1 medium apple

Snack #3:  venti non-fat latte with sugar-free vanilla syrup

Snack #4:  1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 slices turkey breast, 1 slice low-fat cheese, ~1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 serving pretzel snaps

[workout #2:  50-60 minutes of cardio]

Snack #5:  Quaker chewy granola bar

Dinner:  2.5 oz. broiled salmon, steamed asparagus (again, leftovers), 3 oz. ****tail shrimp, 3 tbsp. ****tail sauce

Snack #6:  1 slice sour cherry pie, 3 dark chocolate caramel bunnies (which are now gone, thank goodness)

Total calories:  2441

Good Morning! I'm leaving in a bit to go to an appointment at my surgeon's office with the Dietitian. I'm so darn scared of gaining weight back, and when I saw my DR she said I need to eat protein every 3 hours, bu****ch the weight gain. ;( I don't ever want to be were I once was.  We'll see what the new dietitian in the office has to say. Edited after my appt to add more snacks. They want me eating small amounts every 2- 2 1/2 hours. Pre B - SF NF Cinnamon Doulce Latte B - Eggfaces bites, banana S - Kay's Naturals Cinnamon Toast Pretzels S - half of a Premier Protein Yogurt Peant Crunch Bar L - Greek yogurt with blueberries and blackberries S - other half of protein bar D - grilled Mahi Mahi with veggie or salad S - SF custard  S - raw almonds

I was doing sooooo good - I had my day all planned out and it was pretty balanced food-wise with good snacks and lots of protein, about 1000cal.  Then I went to class.  We had pecan pie.  I had about 1/2 slice (4 bites).  Didn't dump (deserved to) but veggie soup made me dump the other day.  It makes no sense.  Anyway, 1/2 slice of pecan pie is 200 calories!!! So now I am sad to report my numbers B - 10oz mootopia, 5oz coffee, ice, sf syrup, and 2 tsp benefiber S - 1/2 slice pecan pie S - 2% string cheese S - mini bag of natural popcorn (eating now mmmmm) L - 2oz pre-cooked chicken breast (hormel natural choice), 1 mini tray of broccoli and cheese S - 2% string cheese S - nsa tapioca (kozy shack) D - 1 grilled bratwurst, 1-2c cooked red cabbage with apple and onion (1/2 apple, 1/4 onion) - probably over-estimating that I will be able to eat all of this Calories - 1263 Fat - 54g (a little high, 9 from pie, 17 from brat) Carbs - 113g Fiber - 21g Protein - 91g SODIUM - much too high (4000mg) Exercise - a ton of walking around school today, and I have taken the stairs all day (about 8 flights so far) EDIT - either dumped or had a blood sugar issue after the popcorn, ended up in the bathroom DRIPPING with sweat, completely soaked, shaking, and unable to speak.  Eventually made it back to office, after possibly passing out on toilet - laid on floor for a while, then had some nsa tapioca and magically felt better about 15 minutes later.  Not my normal dumping pattern, not sure what is going on, but never ever ever ever want to repeat it

Hey QT,  mmmmm pecan pie!  good for you everyone deserves a little yummy now and then and your usualy so good that its fine i'm sure. My problem with the sweets is that once I have them I want more! and more! & more!  B=coffee with skim milk  L= veggie sushi S=whey protein shake with water\ S= skinny mocha latte venti          ok so I was at the drive through and I just mentioned that they should sell their syrup and girl said we do! So for 425 i can buy one venti skinny mocha iced latte or for 10 bucks I can buy a whole bottle of the syrup.....So I got a bottle! D= Taco I/2 a shell and I ate the insides mostly and it was a home made one the meat was the roast pork from Easter,  I'm sick of  the pork from Easter lol  I walked ran out side today for one mile . Kids were with me and lagging sooooo far behind that I felt bad and turned around lol
