Going to the gym in about half an hour - aiming for 15 min treadmill and 15 min bike. My hips are stiff today and my lower back hurts - I had a looooong night, wishing I could take advil because tylenol does not a thing for me.

Same here, don't want to chance it, but on days like today its awfully tempting. I ended up doing a full half hour on the dreadmill, fat burning program level 1 - it wasn't horrible but I was pretty tired by the end. It was a little faster than I usually walk and the slope changed a few times. I was going to do a few minutes on a bike too but decided I didn't want to be sore again.
Then I went to petsmart and spent too much on my spoiled rotten cats and then heaved it all into the house. Buying in bulk is cheaper, but they call it bulk for a reason and my sore back doesn't appreciate the two 30lb boxes of litter I hauled in (they had a good deal with the pet perks card) and the 20lb bag of cat food. I swear all they do is eat and poop.
I walked outside for two miles and it was great fun. The weather is just right for walking. The down side is that it's spring break in my county and there were far too many free range yard apes outside, too.
We don't have aquacise this week (the rec center classes are on hiatus during spring break) but we are going to the pool later. My sister wants to exercise in the pool. I might swim if the pool isn't crowded. Otherwise, I'll do pool exercises, too. Maybe lots of jogging in the pool.
