Hi everyone,
I woke up before one today, woohoo - about to leave for work, having some milk and coffee. Hope you have a good day and make good food choices, but no matter what your choices, this is the place to post them! Take care :)

So far here is what I have eaten: For dinner I am thinking maybe a turkey burger w/o bread and veggies
B-fiber one muffin (got recipe on their website) and a serving of an egg beater crustless quiche
L- Chicken Salad 4 0z and chex mix sweet and salty
3 pieces of SF bubble yum and 3 pieces of dentyne Ice
48 oz of water
And on my way to the gym to work out.
Good morning, Jen! Hope things are warmer in Texas than they are in Ohio. Mother Nature apparently did not receive the memo that SPRING technically arrived last Thursday. I'm tired of snow and cold. Harumph.
I ate way too much Easter candy this weekend, but am back on track today. Here's what's on my plate -
Breakfast: 1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control oatmeal
Snack #1: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves
Snack #2: 1 medium banana, ~ 1 1/2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
[workout #1: lower body strength training, core work]
Lunch: Healthy Choice grilled chicken marinara, ~2 tsp. parmesan cheese
Snack #3: venti non-fat latte with sugar-free vanilla syrup
Snack #4: 1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 slices turkey breast, 1 slice low-fat cheese, ~1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
[workout #2: 50-60 minutes of cardio]
Snack #5: Quaker chewy granola bar
Dinner: 5 oz. broiled filet mignon, steamed broccoli
Snack #6: 1 Starbucks mocha fudge bar
Total calories: 1961
Carbs: 230.6
Fat: 54.4
Fiber: 26.7
Protein: 151.2

Here's my meal plan for today
B - 8oz mootopia, 8oz coffee, ice, sf vanilla syrup, 2 tsp benefiber
L - around 1/2 of a burrito bol from chipotle (rice, pinto beans, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese)
S - 1.5 pepperidge farms geneva cookies courtesy of an evil coworker :P
D - other half of burrito bol
S - 16oz mootopia, 1 tsp ovaltine, 2 tsp benefiber
Calories - 1117
Fat - 27g
Carbs - 117
Fiber - 20g
Protein - 100g
Lets just say ......Beans Beans the magical fruit the more you eat the more you toot!!! lol
My little guy giggles crazy when I say that lol
But I gotta tell ya after yesterdays spanish beans My pouchy is not the happiest today!

L= I had garbonzo bean salad ( i know I know) It instantly made me ill
D=sliced lunch meats with mustard
I also drank an ice coffee today and not nearly enough water
